Kog still can't fill his supposed team niche

Namely, being the (Void) glue that holds together a low damage/high utility team. He wasn't spectacularly great at it before his remake last preseason, and he's only had nerfs since then. Simply fiddling with Kog's damage is a dangerous game, since the amount of damage he needs to deal in order to make up for the lack of everything else and actually be an attractive pick is absolutely insane.

As it happens, there's a pretty easy way to fix this problem.

Focus Kog's kit on damage amplification for his whole team.

He's already the only ADC who does this to any particularly potent degree due to his Q. And with a new passive and a few tweaks to his Q, Kog could easily be the resist shred Marksmen. It would put him in a wholly unique niche that really isn't covered by anyone else. And most important, Kog's ability to amp damage for his team would suddenly make the damage output of a low damage/high utility team creep up into the 'threatening' range.

If Riot really wanted to get ambitious, they could remove the execute damage from Kog's Ult and give it some kind of damage amping debuff instead (either percentile amp or some kind of flat damage increase on proc).

C'mon, Riot.
