struggling in promos

So I played my promos again for like the 6 or 7th time again last night failing. I understand that I am supposed to get worse teams but its crazy. If you take my mid laners from both games add up their CS it didnt even equal my CS in 1 game. My mids had (103+79=182) my cs from game 1 was 268, game 2 was 247.

Game 1 (33 min)-

1. Top Tank teemo (0/9/12) ok if you are going to play a tank how do you land on teemo with 154 CS; could of picked a better tank champ
2. Jungler who stole all the farm and camped the lanes while letting them get side pressure and take towers with numbers also never did anything in the jungle ever; never grouped went in solo only to clean up
3. Mid got tilted our jungler was practically duo laning with him and couldnt be calmed down
4. Bot/support we actually won our lane but then when we rotated out to help mid/top we were way too far behind
5. @10 min we were down 5 kills to 0
6. @20 min we were down 5 towers to 2; 13 to 7

Game 2 (30 min)

1. my team just ran at them blindly, tower dove with no minions early levels. We just got stomped hard even verse an all AD comp. The enemy team had 15+ kills before the 10 min mark. It was just down hill from there and nothing that I could do. I kept telling them to play safe but no one listened and still tried to take fights where we would always get a losing trade of 2 for 1.

How do you win promos other than pray you get a team that isn't utter garbage? I really get if its once or twice but its so frustrating that in the last 2-3 weeks I've failed promos over 5 times even with the 1 free win in a best of 3.
