Jungle experience

Petition to change some jungle XP around this preseason. Remove just a bit from krugs. Red --- > krugs is fine to get level 3, but currently you get level 3 while 1 small krug remains. change it so that you need to get all of the krugs to get level 3. Allocate that experience to the scuttle crabs. In this way it should be possible to do red -- > raptor ---> scuttle to get to level 3. Currently it gets you just shy of level 3, which is unfair since its 3 camps vs 2 camps... also scuttle is contestable while krug is safe as can be. Also, I can end up just doing red --> raptor --> scuttle and then camp in a bush for a lane minion to die for level 3. Why not make it so that you dont need to steal xp from a laner to do this route.
