His core theme and abilities are down, but they need modernizing and updating. They need spice added to them and some goodness given to them. His traps are so heavily countered by itemization that they have gone from "Teemo is played for mushrooms" to "Teemo is played for his E". It's kind of sad and I wish his mushrooms got the kind of work Cho's R is getting right now. His W could also use some love too, but his R especially.
