Aftershock, Resolve, Body-block, Runes & Rabadon's new build path!
First, let's start with Aftershock, everyone is saying that this rune is broken, and those who spamm this rune think is not, so who is right here? My opinion is to do with this rune what they did to guardian, but not actually. Just make it scale better & reform the CD on it, simple, because right now is IMPOSSIBLE to outplay anybody that runs this rune. . .
"OH I'm losing here! Let me just bop my keystone and everything's fine".
Right now Aftershock is just . . . . :(
Example: "Gives 30 bonus armor & magic resist + 3.5% of your missing HP " and icrease with 5 for every level-up, being on a 35 seconds CD

This promotes survivability over towerdiving at level 1 with Leona 
for first blood, and not even taking DMG
Secondary: SEE MY OLD POST HERE, I mean for real now Riot, you're just gonna remove survivability from the entire game now on by moving Second Wind rune from the resolve tree to the second tier and make me choose between armor and regen when i want them both?? Is not even close to be fair! How am I supposed (and everybody else in this game) to survive to some champions that are able to spamm the crap out of players??? We should get punished for not BEING ABLE TO PICK BETTER RUNES? And here some example of champions that can spamm a lot, by a lot i mean: A LOT !, and not actually get punished for: ↓

This is one of my eternal anger, and rage reason, you can skip trough this part if you don't HATE MINION & BODY BLOCK ! ! ! ** I just came out with this idea, a new rune, that will help players for real. We all saw that riot can easily play with runes without actually caring about the balance of the game (examples from beginning untill now), so why not just add this sweet rune, huh? I designed it today, you can take it, is specially made for you Riot! Also if my rune gets added we can get back one of the old features we used to have in the game, that is _Bonus XP in-game. _ OR Just buff Magical footwear like you can see in the same image, since it will be nerfed soon anyway? _IMAGE:**_
And if nobody likes that runes improve idea what about just removing the block itself from the game? Everyone hates it, and is not fair. And yes, i know, i know, that's the passive of those 2 champs mentioned up (that's why they are there, duh...), but is not fair. What about giving them a real passive and remove the minion/body block entirely from the game? For real now, they are the only ones who have this passive! Give that to all the champions out there! Sounds incredible great for me!
Also, i've seen that Riot is playing with one of my favourite item from the game: 
's build path, is not bad, but for real? 2X
for a that? It doesn't seem to be an item from league of legends to be honest.

My "Rabadon's Heart" is supposed to improbe the build path, so the user doesn't need to sit on a 1100 gold to get his item, as we can see IE (Infinity Edge) Needs just 425 gold to be fully combined, meanwhile Rabadons needs 1100 gold (3600-1250=2350 & 2350-1250=1100), Rabadons Heart + 1250 + 350 gold = Rabadon's Deathcap
