Is Sett Unique?

A friend and I got into a discussion following Setts reveal, is he unique? The release of Aphelios would be a tough act to follow for any champion no matter the kit, and Im not arguing that a champion has to have an extremely unique and complex kit to be good, but after my friend attempted to argue that Sett had a unique kit while I argued that he seemed like a frontline generic brawler to me, I'm curious as to what the rest of the league community thinks as well, and if possible, why they think that way, thanks!
