DUO Report Player Abuse

player 1: report afk <---- me player 2: oh ya fizz has lich bane player 1: we were ahead player 3: holy shit <-------duo player 3 : karthus player 4: im sure thats why we lost <------ afk player player 4: you are the dumbest piece of shit

<warning given: your behavior is not in line ...>

Two issues:

1. Duo players vote as one, but count as two
2. Don't mind perfect behavior pre-game and during game, post-game chat is 80%+ cause of reports for me. This has nothing to do with sportsman-like behavior. Riot should analyze chat during game versus things like verbal abuse.
