Could we have the option to buy trinket charges?

For the yellow trinkets? We would still have the limit to them of max of 3, but while at base you could buy an instant "charge" of the yellow trinket.

Max charges now up to 3 but it will only ever recharge up to 2 charges, to get the third charge you must buy it.
