Still Having Problems With The New Client

Yo. I'm still having having problems with the new client. While some games I don't have the options to not honor somebody - when I click accept on my matches - it declines.

???

One time it ended up causing myself and 4 other people to lose LP - I don't know what's up honestly. Is ANYBODY else having this issue?
