Should the Raptor buff be changed to work like Oracle's Alteration?

The Raptor buff presently still works like the old Oracle's Extract or Oracle's Lens, providing full detection once it triggers. I'd have thought Riot would want to steer away from full detection nowadays because of the whole "if you're detected and targetable, you get instantly Exhausted" argument.

Not to mention this change could actually quasi-buff the Raptor Sight effect by making it disable and reveal the ward that triggered it (except pink wards), as well as disable those pesky Teemo mushrooms before you accidentally step on it (let's face it, you aren't gonna stop in time to avoid that landmine). The downside is that it just wouldn't let you full-detect nearby enemy stealthed Champions, which isn't much of a loss since you'll very rarely get that detection to work that way.
