can we have a troll insurance program in ranked?

can we get something where if a team ends up losing because someone decided to troll( reports get filed and it is determined that they were in fact trolling)a portion of the LP we lost gets refunded i just sent in a report because someone decided to start saying gg half way through the game (we were doing really well at the start) then the enemy team caught back up because this person would hide under towers doing nothing in team fights and back w/ full health when our towers were getting taken.
