The problem is that where I at 50% health could easily heal 400 damage on a support budget*. I can now stretch it to maybe ~250 on a full build before resistances, if I hit my Q.

She's strongly buffed with her passive scaling up, and being able to use W on monsters is a nice change that'll let her jungle more easily and aid in dragon/baron fights better.
And then they took a bunch of her damage and self-sustain and replaced it with a general team utility tool, if your allies decide to capitalize on it.
Shorter R CD with higher level is really, really nice. Not something she needed since it's really short on max rank and CDR anyway, but when you get that 40%CDR and hit the low base CD and higher CD reduction from her passive it's gonna be up furiously fast.
It's not that the changes look like a nerf overall.
It's that they removed so much damage (though tbh, R-W and R-E weren't go-to damage tools anyway) and threw a bunch of utility in there for the sake of it..
She'll be a lot weaker one on one now, or even if her team decides to not focus fire.
But yeah, she'll be able to help her team take dragon/baron a lot faster.
Looks great for pros playing her as support.
Looks sad for non-pros playing her anywhere else (especially Dominion).
The W changes specifically that is. The passive changes looks like a huge buff.
Too bad they decided to take away her sustain in order to max out her utility.
I liked playing her with a damage focus, and be able to recharge my health if I could land my R-W properly.
I don't play Karma for her shielding, I play her for her damage and other utility.
guess what, they took a bit of that damage and a good chunk of that utility away and replaced them with stuff they could easily have saved for a new champion or full on rework.
