When are we getting a nocturne update

I feel like riot has completely forgotten about nocturne he doesn't really have any place in the meta outside of the shen noc strat that was tried for a while. his character model is outdated and really ugly and his kit feels old and clunky. he's an assassin that benifits mostly from attack speed. hes picked in less than 1% of games and i feel like he could at least use a visual update if not a full gameplay update.
