Teemo Need a Little Rework
Teemo Blinding Dart should be a skill shot because it too much to deal with because all he has to do is click on you, so you can't attack him. As He Blinds you, the poison start to take off a lot as he chase you, and you can't fight back because he might just blind you again. The Blinding Shot deals 80/125/170/215/260 (+80% Ability Power), instead why not deal 80/135/190/245/300 (+50% Ability Power). Next, is his toxic shot. basically, his toxic shot should be like Cho'Gath "E" ability the next 3 attacks should poison but cost mana and have a high cooldown in the early game. And can you scale down his ability percent because the poison is too much. Noxious Trap is a good ability but should slow you for 30/40/50%, instead why not 25/35/45% because he just going to build a Frozen Mallet/Rylai's Crystal Scepter and use his "W" (Move Quick) to chase you down when you step in his Noxious Trap.
It fair that Cassiopeia has poison due to her combo she needs and order to deal high amount of damage. and Singed is fair because he has to move around in front of his target to poison them, But Teemo poison is too much it has no conditions like Cassiopeia and Singed. So, his poison need to be scale down by 5%.
I not trying to nerf him but he rather annoying to deal with and need to be balance.
