How to fix Jungle catch-up XP

It's pretty simple. Just spread the catch-up XP over all the camps instead of having it focused on just a few. Instead of gank>krugs>gank>raptors>gank you will actually have to clear multiple camps to catch-up. This will slow down the obnoxious spam gank pattern while still giving junglers who are behind a way back into the game.

It seems like this is pretty obvious. Not sure why the catch-up XP is so heavily favored in some camps over others to begin with
