Ranked balance idea regarding leavers

I've been playing since season 1 and i've been seeing a steady decrease in the ranked matchmaking for a while now. I recently got demoted because of 4 games in a row that were a 4v5, with my team having the handicap. Every single time i lost maximum LP, even if i did well. I can't be the only one that thinks this is absolutely ridiculous, especially with the implementation of the remake function. First off, an extension of the remake function would go over very well. At least boosting it to the 3 or 4 minute mark. Frequently players who disconnect dont disconnect until a few minutes into the game. Secondly, if a team has a leaver, the leaver should suffer the maximum LP loss penalty and the rest of the team should lose less LP based on their individual scores.
