The skin looks amazing in the splash art, but in game it looks awful. Look at the colour difference! If you want to get a skin that looks like the picture then you have to spend more money and purchase a chroma. I had to use one of my refunds on this and I think it’s really unfair as they basically sold me a skin that was so fake compared to what I actually got. Look at the photos in the attached links.

Skin spotlights (YouTube): The youtube channel shows everything that has to do with the skin in game (abilities, taunts, recall, interactions and everything in between including chromas)
http://www.strategyzero.com A blog that showcases every skin for every champ in detail, compares it with other skins for the champ and values it in terms of worth and price. Gives yo a rank in the end which is handy.
Surprisingly but not that shocking the people who make splash arts and the ones who make the in game skin are not the same hence some differences.
Reminds me of Cosmic Ashe. Awesome splash art.
