Keybindings and Settings

Don't know if anyone else would be interested in this sort of thing, but I would very much enjoy a way to change my in-game keybindings, interface, settings, etc... without actually going into a game. I know you can always just go into a solo custom and change it, but it seems like it would be easier to have something similar to the escape menu outside of a game setting. Also, if Riot could implement some sort of "keybinding set" similar to how you can make item sets, that would be extremely helpful. Certain champions, such as Varus or Xerath that have charge-up skill-shots, I prefer putting those abilities on normal cast, while maintaining quick cast on everything else. However, occasionally I'll forget to switch them back and forth, and I expect to be on quick cast when I'm not. These may be issues that only I experience, but if not I figured I would mention it.
