Dark Harvest Damages through AA nullification effects

While I certainly don't mind this cuz it's funny deleting Panth with a basic attack while his Aegis is up, I do think that it should just not apply at all on blocked attacks but still not consume itself so you have to basic attack a second time to proc the effect.

Things that I've noticed this working on: Shen's W, Panth's Passive, Jax's E, Teemo's Blind.

Edit: Just watched the replay, definitely procced on his shield.
