Will I ever get to promos?

Hey what's up guys. I'm silver III at the moment around 53 LP. Every time I get around 70-90 LP I get a troll. Not even joking. 3 different scenarios where I was between 79-93 LP I got a troll/feeder. Game 1: Nasus locks in mid. I pick teemo because my whole team refuses to pick ap. I know we'll lose with a nasus mid and full ad comp so I pick a champion I'm not very experienced with. Laning goes fine, I'm 1/1/2. By 15 minutes ezreal is 2/8 and kayn is 3/9. We proceed to lose the game because I get deleted every teamfight by the 17/3 rengar. Game 2 a few games later I'm back at around 73 LP. Jungle locks in swain, mid locks in alistar. I don't want to dodge because I'm so close to promos. jungle goes 4/11 and ezreal does alright, but no one seems to want to listen to my calls. We lose. I go 6/4/14 with 250 cs at around 33 minutes. 3rd game: 72 LP a few games later I get a hellofalot of lag in the first 5 minutes. I tell my team to play safe because I have a bit of lag. What do you know, brand and katarina have a combined 28 deaths at 18 minutes and there's nothing I can do. The fed zed and garen proceed to dive us numerous times under tower and both the katarina and kog'maw focus the back line while I have front line cced. Somehow we still lose because katarina (Somehow) misses her ultimate. Whatever though. I don't know if this is just a string of bad luck but it's really pissing me off. I genuinely think if my team had played better in these scenarios we may have been able to win, but silver players just hate listening to any feedback you are giving them, and it pisses me off how no one actually follows me when I make a good call. Anyway, I don't know what else to do, I've tried carry champions and I've tried playing tanks and supports. Thanks for listening to my pointless rant, have a good day.
