Can we get control ward slots in the new season

When i play support my hardest decision is if i want to build another item or leave a slot open for control wards. and since 2-3 of my items are sightstone boots gold income item i only have the freedom to build 2-3 situational items less than that because if im playing a support that can build ardent i have to build ardent. so only 1-2 items that i can really build depending on the situation like do i want redemption knights vow locket it just feels frustrating not having the item slots for all of the items i need. so can we please add a control ward slot in the upcoming season. it will encourage other players than just supports to ward especially late game.
