Veigar is underpowered.. (With Explaination)

So, ive been playing veigar for a long time. So the old veigar had an instant "E" his damage was a little bit weaker than now. But considering the new veigar deals too much damage and overkills, that is not good. The new veigar is not so strong as you may think. He is more annoying. You could just win matchup by playing an long range mage and zone him from minions or even worse you can go and play utility assassins like fizz, zed or kayne and you will automatically win if you did not make a huge mistake. When you are fed with veigar it all goes down if you can hit your E with him, if you do miss your E its really punishing and can lose a whole game for it. The new delayed veigar stun is not really the best you have to practice alot to hit it good, or else you need to hit abilities with W and Q. I mean Q is fairly easy to hit but it doesnt do that much damage. his W does 100% ap scaling and deals alot of damage. Even if you hit the stun on target you may not hit W cause the stun range is more than the W and if it was an assassin you'd be dead. The old veigar had just the right amount of damage and he was a little more forgiving. The new Veigar ult is really strong but thats only his ult. The old veigar ult did damage relying on the enemy AP. So if you fell behind early game it wasnt that punishing. But as of right now Veigar is really weak and no one should consider picking him up anytime soon. Yes I do know that you can climb with veigar and that there are pro veigar players, Im currently on a 60% winrate in low elo (mid gold). You are pretty much forced to build protobelt or zhonyas to survive and those items arent even the best escaping tools. Barrier is bad, teleport (cause the horrible early game) and ghost cause no mobility has to be used. As if i faced veigar and he got 1500AP and oneshotted me, I would be pretty pissed. But overall he is just one annoying bad champion. End of the line. Write your thoughts.
