is kennen in need of a rework

the reason you pick kennen has be nearly removed (nerfed to the ground). his items have all been nerfed. he needs something. and i doubt riot wants to give his ult any more power even though that why you pick him. a rework is the only thing i can see coming. i bet on hit kennen wil be getting nerfed soon also since it counters maokai. but his kit is so beautiful
