Rift herald Buff good on marksmen ?
Is the 5 Percent reduced damage worth to have on a marksmen ?

It has half the effect on ranged champions. An adc would only get 2.5% increased damage. So no. It should always go to a melee champ, jungler or top mainly. Also even if an adc could feasibly take it, theyre almost never alone so the buff would rarely ever get to be used. It only works when you are isolated, and the adc is almost always with the support or rest of the team.
They'll almost never be alone (nor should they really be, considering they're an ADC). Also the fact with the buff being on the complete opposite side of the map.
