Scoreboard Reordering and Luden's Echo

So I was reading patch notes and I came to the part with scoreboard reordering as it said:

> WE HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY Games drafted in New Champ Select will automatically order the scoreboard by role (top, jungle, mid, marksman, support).

And I got to thinking about a certain interaction in particular: When Karthus ults with Luden's Echo.

Here's the scenario: When Karthus ults with Luden's echo, the extra damages goes to whoever is usually top of the scoreboard AKA First Pick (as far as I know, it's always been complicated like this). However, with the games reorganizing the scoreboard at the beginning of each game, does that make it so Luden's will ALWAYS target Top if alive? Or will it still target the first pick? On a side note, would it be too OP if by changing the scoreboard and putting whoever's on top of it, if Luden's will change to that target when Karthus ults?
