The current jungle meta amplifies Evelynn's weakness.

She is not able to duel, she cannot respond to counter jungling because of how her W operates, and she has no way to clear minions on lane. I'm not rushing to conclusions, but the current meta literally screws her new kit in the most harshest of ways. If you are to keep this jungle change you must take in consideration that your rework was NOT meant to operate in a situation like this. I do not need straight up buffs, but she needs a change that is able to adapt to the new rules.

Also it goes to same to a lot of other Ap junglers as well, and it cannot be simply solved by "runic 80 ap".
