Can't play with friends

Before I begin I'd like to say I'm not great league of legends but, I have gotten the occasional S. Anyway I do extremely bad when I play with my friends on league. I do okay when I play alone but, when I play with my friends I do everything wrong and get so nervous. Pick the wrong character, summoner spells and everything then I go to lane while my friends say "He does this all the time" to the other team or "{Insert character name} equals feedings. It hurts my feelings but, i can't believe how bad I do and can't complain.

Please help me.

You do extremely bad because if you're playing with friends its putting out of your elo. You're playing other people who are better than what you would normally be facing so its only normal to do bad. Not much can help you here, unless you get better at the game till you're on par with the average enemy players you get queued against when you play with friends.
