Can we add Kassadin's tear change to nidalee as well?

on pbe:

Nether Blade (W) active AP increased from 70% to 80% [This ability now has a "invisible" mana cost and can now stack Tear, etc]

back in season 3 and 4 and even early 5 use to be CORE on nidalee, but now... its worthless because only 3 of her 7 abilities will activate it. (liker seasons 1 and 2 as well)

since your already fixing this for why not allow nidalee to by an item that was core on her what was core on her for likely 5 years
