Bringing back Silence in any form is a bad idea. Even worse... you put it on an AoE ability. This means his target's team possibly couldn't even react to stop him.

At most, if he also silences himself I could be OK with this. This would tie into preping his W and using his Q last in his rotation. It mean using it to poke would be very bad. It would require more than R followed by any order of QWE. Hourglass. R. Repeat as needed. This silence could also last longer on himself than his enemy. Meaning he can use it as an opener hoping to R away before the enemy can react. He's stuck there.
