Ive stumbled upon a strong Noct build.

Glacial Augment, Magical Footwear, Futures Market, Approach Velocity. Celerity+Nimbus Cloak.- Could go Sudden Impact+Ingenius Hunter, or Precision secondaries, they aren't as important as the Glacial Augment part.

Build order Hunters Machete+1potion+1Vision ward. Rush Don't complete Botrk as your first item tho. After you build your next item is going to be Around this time your Magical Footwear should pop into play. Complete your boots . From here you have flexibility. You can complete Black Cleaver, Botrk, or a Trinity Force. Purchasing a Red smite somewhere inbetween.

All items after this point are situational and flexible. The build gets 108 damage off of Celerity, and Glacial Augment allows you to run down something as slippery as an ulting Ahri. Lethal Tempo/Electrocute have never really been neccisary to get a kill on Noct, his struggle is enemies disengaging him, not out-stat sticking him. Glacial Augment bandaids that problem, and the huge amounts of AD you can squeeze out of Celerity on Nocturne compensates for not having Electrocute or Lethal Tempo.
