What is up with autofilling and kicking?

I don't know if it's just happening to me but I find it quite annoying to not being able to play the position I would like to play then after exactly 14 match ups, I finally get the position, only to realize I got kicked out of the lobby while the message told me I had left, then I have to wait for the dodge timer queue? I respect game rules and such, and why do I deserve this? I would really like to hear from someone that knows anything about this because it's very annoying and doesn't really make the game fun for me in the sense that the only chance of me getting the position I want is to go in blind games.
