Reporting players in Champ select

Why is there no option to report players who troll in champ select, they pick some troll champs and ofc, ghost and cleanse, and u know u'll lose LP if u go in that game and eventually i am the one who has to leave queue and get bann ? Is there any plan on fixing that problem in game, since it is really needed ?
