Can we Talk About Kata-Banshee Veil?

Hi Gameplay board. Like you know 2 major changes that could take place in the next patch is the switch of stats on Abyssal Scepter and Banshee Veil, all that while the 2 items mantain their Passives. Well, that being said we will need to face the fact that a spellshield is being added in Katarina Build as a Core item, i would like to hear your thoughts about this, considering she will build something like:

Hextech Gunblade Sorcerer Boots Banshee Veil (New) Zhonya Houglass Hextech Protobelt/Morellonomicon Rod of Ages/Rylai Scepter/Lyandri Torment

All that being said i'd like to point out that i dont consider myself to have a huge knowledge of the game (in fact im unranked) and i ask forgiveness for my bad english.
