Can We Get Some Stats On the New Ranked Queue

I've ONLY had 20:5 match-ups in Ranked recently, and I'm curious if this is consistent with Riot's data.

I have some pretty serious problems with the queue but rather than jump to conclusions I'd like to get some information, if possible.
