Trolls

Why is it that people get away with trolling in pick/ban. I just had to dodge knowing we lost when my team picked a bunch and champs and were going to int if somebody didn't dodge riot please fix this i'm tired of losses cause teammates don't want to play the role assigned to them, but at same time they don't wanna swap.
