MMR + Dynamic Queue = unfair
So I'm in a ranked game and this nautilus feeds their rumble at top lane. Now the other people in our team were doing well but this guy literally fed so hard and he just would not listen when we told him to hug/farm and then I checked his stats and see that the nautilus is silver 1 while rumble is gold 1....How the fuck is this even fair? One guy is literally a TIER above his opponent. In a lane like top lane its either stomp or get stomped. When you obviously are paired against someone out of your league, what do you think is gonna happen?
Now I know you guys are gonna be like "Oh jungle should have helped". Our jungle tried to help but this nautilus still fed. It almost like he just could not grasp the basic concept when we told him to not fight the rumble.
I'm assuming either the rumble's "ELO" was low or he was in a dynamic queue with someone. Which is also unfair. I don't care how low one person's "ELO" or "MMR" is, the fact that he is above your tier should not allow him to be paired against you. It just creates such an imbalance between skill level. You can literally boost people if one of your friends is much better that you and above your tier. This makes so many matches uneven. He can get in game and go against an opponent much less his/her tier level.
The sad part is, this rumble is beating people a tier below him in order to gain points. How absurd is that.
In this game all it takes is ONE person to feed in order for you to lose. But in order to win, you NEED all 5 people perfectly coordinated and not feeding. You see the dilemma? It's much easier to lose than to win.
Solo queue should be kept....well SOLO. You should not be able to duo/trio or anything like that. It's to determine your own individual skill level not your friend who is boosting someone much lower. On that note, its funny how Riot took out the ability to see if whether or not people were grouped together or not. It's as if you are ashamed because you know deep down the system is flawed with people are grouped together so rather not have the player base know they are grouped together.
When it averages out the MMR, games like this occur. Where one guy dominates a lane because of such a vast skill difference.
