3 is a mjority

With 3 people wanting to surrender that means more than half the team doesn't want to carry on a game so what kind of mood do you think they are in. Its just not fair to make them play a demoralizing game. It causes everyone to start arguing and is just a horrible experience.

Riot's majority system is very weird. The way the logic is, is that 5 players (the enemy team) voted no by default, thus its majority no. but for some reason 4 to 1 is allowed. You see the same skewed logic in the all for 1 game mode :(
