Another new champion idea...

Name: Val, the Sandstorm Mage
Base Movement Speed: 345
Range: 625
Passive: Shurima's Gift
Monsters that die near Val (200 effect radius) restore 4/5/6% (Levels 1, 8, and 16) of her missing health and 2/3/4% (Levels 1, 8, and 16) of her missing mana
Q: Sand Spear (1500 Target Range) (20 mana cost) (8 second cooldown all ranks)
Val tosses a sand spear at the first enemy hit, dealing 125/150/175/200/225 magic damage (100% AP scaling). Sand Spear deals 250% bonus damage to enemies at max range.
W: Quicksand (40 mana cost; can store up to 2 traps and can place 5 traps; 16/15/13/12/11 cooldown individually) (800 target range; 350 effect radius) (is invisible and cannot be revealed by trinkets/items/etc.)
Val places quicksand on the ground - enemies that enter the sand are slowed for 60/70/80/90% and are grounded. Quicksand lasts for 60 seconds if untouched by any enemy. If Quicksand is touched by any enemy, they have 1 second to escape or immediately get dealt 8/9/10/11/12% of their maximum health in magic damage (1% per 100 AP) and are stunned for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds. Quicksand will immediately cease to exist when it gets touched by the enemy.
E: Sandstorm (80/85/90/95/100 mana cost; 16/15/14/13/12 second cooldown)
Val throws out a mist of sand (400 target range with 375 effect radius) in front of her - dealing 80/110/140/170/200 plus 2/3/4/5/6% of the target's maximum health in magic damage (80% AP scaling plus 1% per 100 AP), slowing enemies by 90% all ranks for 1.5 seconds, and reducing their attack damage by 5/10/15/20/25 for 6 seconds
Sandstorm deals 150% damage to monsters
R: Guardian of the Sands (100/150/175 mana cost) (200/160/120 second cooldown) (3250 target range)
Val summons a gigantic wall of sand moving forward, dealing 900/1000/1100 true damage (no scaling) to any enemies hit by the wall. Enemies that survive the wall are knocked-up for 1.5 seconds all ranks - 2.5 seconds if the wall reaches it's end.
The Wall remains for 5 seconds until it disappears.
Val, the Sandstorm Mage, is exclusively a mage jungler that is designed to be a very strong jungle bully and a late game hypercarry if she manages to get a lead in the early game.
Her strong ultimate makes up for having no scaling, as well as a long cooldown.
Her Sand Spear allows her to poke enemies from afar, but still require skill to properly use.
