Summoner skills

Hello iam playing league of legends since season one and loved and hated that game and came of with some ideas and wanted to discus them with you.

One of them is summoner skills, Like Riots did with smite i want to offer idea to increase other summoner skill potential to others. For example flash could leave ice trail behind it or fire trail that could dmg or slow opposing team or in flashed direction pushes enemies or create new skill of that idea. Ghost would leave a trail that team could follow with increased movement speed or slow enemies down. Exhaust would decrease armor magic resistance more, etc... Add skill that boosts allie champion. That would increase the gameplay possibilities. what you think guys should i add more?
