Stuck at 0 lp

First of all. Idk if i put it in the right board or not but who cares. Anyways. I am obviously stuck at 0 lp in gold 5 and have been for around a month. My mmr is VERY LOW and it seems like i am doomed. I can never win games anymore ( i used to as i climbed from bronze 1 - gold 5) i am at a loss. Someone please give me some helpful tips in not being tilted and bringing my mmr way back up and actually winning games. Thanks :)

Im in the same situation except i climbed from S5 to plat 5 an now im just sitting in plat 5 been here for lke 2 weeks i mean i got into promos once but then lost a couple in a row and im back down at 44 lp so idk i haven't really been playing that much either kinda waiting for the meta to shift a little or something till things become more rewardable.
