A few thematic champion ability changes

Here are just some thematically fitting abilities, I think would be cool to see, in no particular alphabetical order.

Fiddlesticks: E change: Murder of Crows: 650 range, 50/60/70/80/90 Mana, 15/14/13/12/11 Sec CD Passively, standing still for 1.5 seconds, grants Fiddlesticks a crow. Fiddle can have up to 2/3/4/5/6 crows stored at a time. Ulting gives him max stacks. Actively, Fiddlesticks sends out the crows he has stored up in an AOE, silencing all targets in the AOE for 1.25s. Crows attach to targets dealing 70/90/110/130/150 + 45% AP over 3 seconds, healing Fiddle for 20/25/30/35/40% of damage dealt. Multiple crows can stack on the same target, however, each crow deals 25% reduced damage (2nd crow deals 75% damage, 3rd deals 50% damage, etc).

Reason for change: Adds to Fiddles association with crows, increasing their use within his kit. Adds to how Fiddle is presented as a horrifying figure, surrounded by crows.

Kog'maw: Passive change: Void Hunger: Passively, Kog'maw gains bonus magic damage on his auto attacks, based on the amount of units he has killed. Minions/nuetral monsters, non-epic, grant 1 bonus magic damage, per 10 units killed. Champion kills grant 3 bonus magic damage, assists grant 1.5. No cap.

Reason for change: Kog's current passive is pretty bad. The passive itself is nice, its useful, but it in no way fits with Kog's role as an ADC/Mage, as dying is something that these champs avoid doing. This passive fits more with his theme as a hungry void creature, getting hungrier with every meal.

Shaco: Backstab crits deal magic damage.

Reason for change: A demon jester should be strange. His damage shouldn't be pure AD/AP. Thus, the shift from backstab crits dealing physical to magical. His laugh also proccing on successful backstab hits to champs, would be nice, but may be too distracting.

Mordekaiser Passive change: War Ensemble: Removed Iron Man passive, putting it on his ult, reduced the damage to shield conversion to 15/20/25%, scaling with ult level. New passive works like this: When dying, Mordekaiser channels for 4/3/2 seconds, summoning lichs at his death location (2/3/4). These lichs have 100% of Mordekaiser MS, 10% of Mordekaiser health + 5% of AP/10% of AD, 50% of Mordekaiser's armor and MR, deal 50 + 2.5% of AP/5% of AD magic damage, and have a static .68, .88, 1.08 AS. Lichs are controlled by the player, move as a group, and last until Mordekaiser re-spawns or they are killed. If Mordekaiser has a ghost out when he dies, the lichs summon 50% faster, have a 25/30/40% MS buff, decreasing over 5 seconds, and have their damage and AS increased by 10% and 30% respectively.

Reason for the change: In Morde's lore, his lich servants are a prominent peice. Who served him faithfully? The lichs. Who put him back together? The lichs. Who looked for that one piece of him they lost? The lichs. Despite their quite major role in his lore, the lichs see no use in his gameplay. As for namewise, this was the most fitting metal song name I could find, any better ones would be appreciated.
