since people are dicussing quinn at the moment

i would like to discuss her Q

the issue i have with this is the "nearsighted" debuff it isn't affected by CC reduction

and although you CAN move and cast spells since you as the PLAYER are blind there isn't much you can do

i feel this should be more like blind it makes you autos miss but you can still SEE as the player

the only other champs that apply the "near sighted" debuff are ultimate which is an ultimate... and 's smokescreen.. which you can walk or dash out of.

this is the ONLY issue i have with . and although you can overcome it with teamwork via voice chat, that isn't much solo players can do, as she can easily kill your during the time you are blinded (unless you are a tank)
