Volibear Redo

So, i know volibear was a rushed champ because the community kept requesting a armored bear so u guys did it asap. But u need to rework him. I love him how he is but his abilities arent creative. They r so vanilla and boring. His W ability is fine maybe add a lightning chain or something to it. But his others all need complete reworks. His Q is way to slow and is what makes him a low tier jg. Unless u build nearly full speed its useless unless u r right next to the enemy. It either needs a complete change or a large speed boost to make is a better gank move and gap closer. His e doesnt hve a big enough aoe. With how close u need to be to hit them u might as well use Q to throw them behind u and then combo it with a auto and W and they r dead. Its really useless and im a volibear main so i would know. It either needs a bigger AoE and damage or another complete rework. His ult is just crap tbh. It needs to be redone. Also its the thunder bears only thunder attack. I think all of his abilities need to hve some type of thunder effect. Like his Q should leave a trail of thunder, his E should look like that blitzcrank move. And his W should chain lightning. I think his ult should have him shoot a large lightning icicle that deals large damage and chains lighting and slows. Plz do consider these. Hes low tier cuz hes so vanilla and lame. I want him to be atleast tier 1.
