can we just revert the marksman rework at all?

why riot is reworking for 3rd time since season 6 marksman items they failed since season 6 why you just dont revert all those changes and bring back old ie and pd static shiv yommus new items are boring im picking the same boring builds doing 0 amount of damage adcs should deal a lot of damage thats the work they had to do but they are squishi anyway so why riot nerfed them already? there is no logic doing that because adcs stayed with more low health regeneration worst defense than they had before and lower damage this is unfair at all at least bring back the old adc items why you should to that to marksmans anyway? or make marksmans like quinn and graves playing top jungle than adc? you destroyed theyre main role at all by reworking them.
