Rek has lost her ability to create huge clouds of smoke while spamming her joke in her Eternum skin, providing fun and laughs for allies and enemies alike, Aren't the nerfs to her painful enough? Please don't take this small bit of joy away from her mains.

Nnnnnooooooooo! That was so much fun! Riot, I do not ask for much, but please... We beg of you! Let Rek'Sai have this one thing. She needs a good spammy emote. It is core on her kit, and to her identity as a champion! The fact that the smokescreen is gone might add clarity to the air around her, but she's not healthy without it. Okay, I think think that's enough Riot buzzwords. Now to see if the bait worked...
Edit: Additionally, other champions that have spammable emotes (See Vel'Koz' "Oh Darn!" /dance) may become oppressive in the future, if they do not have counterplay. Rek'Sai's smokescreen can hide her from these risky champions' emote mechanics, adding balance to the game.

If you want to play a smoker, pick up Singed, he's even nice enough to share his smoke with everyone on the other team!
Rek'Sai isn't even that strong, in fact, she's very easy to kite and you can take advantage of her not being able to see stationary enemies by just standing still while she burrows.
