Kled's W Buff suggestion
Please remove the passive of Kled's W and make it controllable..

It's part of his counter-play because of how strong it is. You just need to learn how to play around it. Understand that when your W is on cooldown is more than likely when they will attempt to strike so you need to be ready.
As someone who loves playing Kled, I don't remember anything about his character that spoke about him controlling his Violent Tendencies.
