Have players who are in their ranked prelims play games where no one is in a promo or at 0 LP.

It is very frustrating when I am either in a promo or at 0 LP and teamed up with someone who is freshly level 30 and new to the ranked queue. These players more often than not cant keep up with the expected requirements of the ranked queue, but it is not their fault, they are new to it. But they do cause issues when opponents take advantage of their unfamiliarity, usually resulting in a loss for their team. So if these losses could happen where nothing is at stake besides some LP, it would be very appreciated. I don't want to discourage new players from ranked, but I also do not want them to cost me a promo series or give me a demotion because of their newness.
