ELOBOOST is KILLING THIS GAME

I'm ranking on two servers and people are eloboosting accounts all day, no punishment. It is clearly a violation of the rules of the game (and I'm not talking about SMURFs accounts, but can't-reach-gold-please-help-me-here-have-my-user-and-passwd. Every single day on SILVER is hell. They even say carelessly "This elo is easy, I'm platinum 2" and such comments. How can we fight our way to climb the ladder if we are fighting on the bottom but against people from upper tiers. And it's not even that I'm mad from losing, because you may say "but they could land on your team too". Sure, but it's also the worst, because when these players appear on the match they carry the team, they stomp and crush and the only thing you can do is WATCH.

It would be like if on a football match in your neighborhood Messi and Ronaldo disguised themselves as players and you get to play against them, but they ARE the match, it's boring to win and to lose to these kind of guys.

How can riot allow this disgrace, I'm losing interest in playing the game at all. It's unfair and there's nothing you, as a player, can do.

I remember silver...i hated it

there is nothing anyone can do. If people want to make a new account they will have to go through ranks just like everybody else. They aren't just going to magically put them where they belong (unless where they belong is Silver 3-1)

Also Elo boosting isn't "i'm a plat player playing in Silver" it's "I'm a Silver player who got carried all the way to plat and now I am unable to do anything against anyone here since my skill lvl is Silver not plat"
