Also Fiora is one of the most difficult champions to use effectively in the game, shes far from braindead.

If you're letting a Fiora hit your vitals and not baiting her super long CD W then you're doing something wrong. IF she can't do those two things she's literally useless even if you have perfect auto attack reset reflexes.
