Pillager should be added to Rift

Infinity Edge is most effective when you pile on IAS and Crit% after buying it.

Pillager, on the other hand, is for champions who are more interested in raw AD and want a way to amplify it.

While you're at it, do take note that Pillager has 10% less Crit Chance than its component items. Either swap out Cloak for Glove and lower the price, or increase its crit chance up to 30%.
